HDBank has a 50 -year home loan package

HDBank’s loan package has a capital of VND 30,000 billion, interest rates from 4.5% a year, supporting young people to own houses with flexible financial plan.

According to the bank, when borrowing customers, the maximum principal is up to 5 years, the loan limit is up to VND 50 billion. The program helps borrowers, especially young customers to relax financial pressure, proactively balance income and have more resources for other essential needs.

The loan package for customers with collaterals are real estate or apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and 22 first -class cities across the country. The loan is disbursed up to 90% of the value of collaterals, helping customers not to have many financial barriers.

In addition to providing long -term financial solutions, HDBank also supports customers in legal procedures and financial planning advice, ensuring favorable loan process. The bank representative said that, thanks to the balance of capital and positive credit growth, the unit will implement this program throughout this year.

According to HDBank, the program was implemented by the unit right after the orientation from the Government Standing Conference with commercial banks on February 11. The loan package is to contribute to promoting the development of the real estate market, creating favorable conditions for people to access housing finance.

Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh, General Director of HDBank emphasized that the unit always creates the best conditions for customers, especially young people, can own the first house, settle down, stabilize their lives. “This is both a loan package, but also our commitment to bringing long -term financial solutions, contributing to community development and economy,” Thanh said.

Mr. Thanh added that over the past time, HDBank has supported many households to own a home, awarded houses of love across the country, spreading human values, improving the quality of life for the community. The unit always accompanies the Government to implement the social housing loan program, bringing the security policy closer to the people.

At the same time, the bank and its member units have contributed to the program of erasing temporary houses and dilapidated houses nationwide launched by the Prime Minister in 2024.
