Bills, the government aims at major resources. Friday in the Council of Ministers

The government is still working on resources to launch the bills. Currently the support is granted for 12 months, on a single supply for each type of service (electric, gas and water), to the citizen or the nucleus with Isee is not exceeding 9,530 euros for families with a maximum of 3 dependent children (20,000 euros numerous ones with at least 4 dependent children).

For 2025, the annual electric bonus includes 167.90 euros for 1-2 components to rise up to 240.90 euros for large families with over 4 components. Possible help to businesses are also being examined. It is not the first time that the executive has been intervening for support on the cost of bills.

In the maneuver for 2023, a few months after the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, with the subsequent racing race of the price of energy, a modification of the social bonus had been arranged by raising the ISEE threshold at 12 thousand (then set at 8,265 euros) with the recognition of 3.8 million electric bonuses and 2.4 million gas bonuses.

The node of resources was at the center of all the latest tax and economic policy measures. The second proposal concerns “the single audience buyer to obtain lower energy prices”. These energy prices, underlines the Dem secretary, “families and businesses pay them several times. We also turn to the majority so that we can do together”.

Confcommercio notes that for companies the January electricity bill “records an average growth of 24% compared to January 2024 and 56.5% compared to 2019”. Increases also for gas “with +27% compared to last year and +90.4% compared to 2019”. The trend of the prices of the energy bills, starting from those of the gas, “has been permanently anchored to the high end of that band that we had imagined”, but now “we approach the spring in which there is usually a little refreshment there is and therefore we keep the situation as it goes”, comments the president of Arera, Stefano Besseghini.
