The great lifting of the Herblay’s paw: how the most important commercial area in France innovates

We made it a symbol of “ugly France”. The commercial areas of the periphery of cities are today called into question, but the most important in France, the Patte-d’Oie d’Herblay (Val-d’Oise), continues to develop. By 2027, the Strauss group plans to build a shopping center, called Air, at the corner of the avenue de la Liberation and Boulevard du Havre, in Herblay.

“It will be an open -air shopping center with an underground car park and a shopping street,” presents Laurent Strauss, director of the Strauss group. Without revealing the names of the brands, he announced the “premium brands” arrival to occupy the 7,000 m2 of commerce. The cells will measure 50 to 80 m2 for the most part, with the largest at 400 m2.
