Mr. Trump is about to have his first speech to the new National Assembly

“Tomorrow night will be an important event. I will speak very frankly,” US President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on March 3, announcing his first speech in his new term before the National Assembly.

The White House boss will speak at Capitol hill at 21h on March 4 (9h on March 5, Hanoi). This event took place after 6 weeks Trump took office and more than 4 years since the crowd supported him to rush into Capitol hill causing a riot.

In his speech, the US President plans to review the series of executive decrees he issued in the first 43 days at his responsibility and presented a vision for 1,419 days to take the remaining power of the term.

Chairman of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson, Mr. Trump’s loyal ally, welcomed the president’s upcoming speech, called this “the return” of the president in the National Assembly. Johnson also said that Mr. Trump has achieved many achievements that it can take three hours to list it all.

“In this case, the speech seems to be like a federal message, because President Trump has won too many victories,” said the US House of Representatives.

Mr. Trump and his close adviser Elon Musk have shown a fierce viewpoint to implement the agenda of “bringing the Great United States”, even if this policy can increase tensions in relations with allies.

Immediately after taking office, President Trump carried out a large -scale illegal migrant expulsion campaign and tried to streamline, reform the government apparatus with moves such as firing mass employees, budget cuts.
