German Greens do not agree on the basic law changes

Union and SPD want to reform debt brake

The reform should therefore still be decided with the old Bundestag so that it cannot be blocked by right -wing populist AfD and the left in the future parliamentary cast after the new election of February 23. Union and the SPD would probably be dependent on the votes of the Greens if a vote. Because they alone have no majority for changing the Basic Law. The new Bundestag will meet for the first time on March 25th.
