“We are dealing with four different groups. And many people want it, and it depends on me, ”he said on board the Air Force One, the presidential plane. “The four are good,” he added, without giving details.

On January 19, a law that requires the Chinese company Bytedance, owner of Tiktok, sold the social network under the threat of prohibiting it in the United States, entered into force.

Washington says that it is a matter of national security and fears that the Chinese government use the platform to spy on Americans or influence public opinion.

After the approval of the law, Tiktok briefly suspended his activity in the United States but Trump decided to suspend its application for two and a half months.
