They demand Apple for deceptive advertising for delaying Apple Intelligence launch

The company presented Apple Intelligence in June last year, a system capable of understanding the needs of users and their context to provide them with a powerful, intuitive, integrated, personal and private experience.

Now, the Clarksson Cardgard has filed a federal lawsuit against Apple, accusing the company to carry out false advertising and unfair competition for the promotion of Apple Intelligence functions, which will later arrive than originally planned, as has recently advanced axios.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday at the United States District Court in San José (United States), seeks to become collective claim on behalf of those who bought iPhones and other support devices for Apple Intelligence.

“Apple’s ads saturated Internet, television and other media to cultivate a clear and reasonable experience in the consumer that these transformative characteristics would be available with the launch of the iPhone”, Read in the demand.

In this way, the complainants point out that the existence of Apple Intelligence generated an unprecedented enthusiasm in the market, as the company expected, and that it announced its ecosystem knowing that the first products would have limited versions of these functions of AI.
