Khalil al-Haya, one of the leaders of Hamas in Gaza made a statement about negotiations with Israel.
The representative of Hamas said that “two days ago, Egyptian and Qatari intermediaries transferred a new proposal.”
According to Al-Haya, Hamas reacted to this proposal “seriously and positively.”
Earlier it was reported that Hamas is ready to agree to a proposal, within the framework of which five Israeli hostages will be released, and Israel will agree to a new period of the ceasefire, the release of a certain number of terrorists and the resumption of the supply of humanitarian aid of gas.
Later, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister said that a new proposal was received through intermediaries and a response was sent.
