The IA is seen as a precious tool to refine the curriculum vitae, with almost half of the interviewees (48%) which recognizes the benefitscompared to 35% of the previous year. This positive perception is supported by Hays’ advice, which suggest using the IA to improve the CV rather than creating it from scratch and requesting feedback to customize the results.

Despite the benefits, a significant minority (16%) considers the use of a little fair and would prefer to see it limited. This represents a slight decrease compared to 18% in 2024, indicating a very slow but progressive change in the ethical beliefs related to the use of the I in the search for work.
