The White House clarifies that Musk will abandon the administration when “completes his incredible job”

The White House has labeled the recently published information about a possible departure from Elon Musk from the Donald Trump administration and has clarified that the businessman will leave the position once “complete his incredible work” in the Department of Government Efficiency (Doge).

“This ‘first’ is garbage. Elon Musk and President Trump have publicly declared that Elon will leave the public service as a special government employee when he completes his incredible work in Doge,” said the spokeswoman for the White House, Karoline Leavitt, in her official profile in the social network X, formerly Twitter.

These Leavitt statements occur at a time when publications in American media have increased on the possible departure of Musk of the Administration, an extreme in some way recognized by President Trump himself this week, since he has pointed out that Musk must return to exercise his business facet.

“You know, at some point, I think it will end. There will be a point where the secretaries can do this job and do it very, you know, as we say, with the scalpel, and that is what we want,” Trump said last Monday when he is asked about whether Doge will continue to continue in progress in the absence of Musk.

This organism, led by Musk, has been surrounded by controversy since Trump’s second mandate began for his rapid efforts to fire tens of thousands of officials or the dismantling of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
