Heliövaara and Patten continued to win at the Masters tournament in Paris.

Finnish Star Harri Heliövaara and his British counterpart Henry Patten advanced to the doubles semifinals at the final Masters tournament of the men’s ATP season in Paris.

Third-placed Heliövaara and Patten turned a losing position into a win in the quarterfinals, when the duo defeated Austria Alexander Erlerin and the United States Robert Gallowayn 4–6, 7–6 (7–3), 10–6. The even match lasted one hour and 41 minutes.

In Saturday’s semi-final, Heliövaara and Patten will meet the French Quentin Halysin and Pierre-Hugues Herbertin.

This season, Heliövaara and Patten have won the Australian Open grand slam tournament in January and the Beijing ATP tournament in September. After Paris, the pair’s season culminates in the ATP final tournament in Turin in November.
