Bonus December 2025
Calculating the Christmas bonus (SAC) for employees of private homes is easy: It is 50% of the highest monthly remuneration of the semester. If you worked less than 6 months, a proportional must be made.
To pay this SAC, there is time until on December 20.
In the case of the same employee in the previous example, to calculate the bonus the following account would have to be made: $3,136 per hour × 6 hours per week = $18,816 per week
Since you charge by the hour and work permanently every week, you can go to month with the annual average:
- $18,816 × (52 weeks / 12 months) = $18,816 × 4,333 = $81,536 per month
The December bonus (if you worked the entire July-December semester) is the 50% of the best month of the semester. That is to say: $ 81.536 / 2 = $ 40.768
Then, the half bonus would be $40,768, assuming that there were no months with more hours, overtime, seniority or additional hours that improved that “better salary.”
The key points to take into account when preparing the salary receipt
When settling the salary corresponding to October 2025, employers must take into account the following items, in addition to the basic salary defined by category:
An additional 1% must be applied for each year of seniority of the employment relationship. This percentage is calculated based on the minimum wages of the corresponding category for the month of October.
- Additional for Unfavorable Area
A 30% surcharge is applied to minimum wages for personnel providing services in the following provinces and territories: La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands.
In addition to the out-of-pocket salary, employers must pay employer contributions and contributions using form F.102/RT. These amounts are used for health coverage, retirement contributions and occupational risk insurance (ART).
The amounts are fixed and are calculated according to the hours worked per week and the employee’s employment status (active or retired). They do not depend on salary category – for example, supervisor or general duties. Payment must be made within the first 10 business days of each month.
