Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Faisal al-Farhan and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak signed an agreement to introduce a visa-free regime between the two countries.
The ceremony took place as part of a bilateral business forum, which took place in Riyadh. According to a Russian official, the visa-free regime could come into force as early as early 2026. It is noted that Russians will be able to stay in the kingdom for 90 days.
It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on visa-free entry into Russia for Chinese citizens. They will be able to stay in the country for 30 days. A visa-free regime for Russians was introduced by the PRC in September 2025.
