Prime minister Petteri Orpon (kok) government parties reached an agreement on changes to taxi regulation on Friday.
The long-wrought political agreement restores the previous regulation to the taxi industry, which was opened to competition in 2018 by the then Minister of Transport and Communications by Anne Berner (central) led. Taxi regulation was also changed in 2020–2021 with the so-called correction series.
