Nvidia’s Jensen Huang confirms the importance

Theo Tom’s Hardwareat a meeting after the company hit a new financial record, CEO Jensen Huang encouraged all employees to use AI. “I know some Nvidia managers are telling employees to use less AI… Are you guys crazy?”, Huang said, referring to an internal report of some middle managers advising their teams to limit their reliance on AI tools.

He also denied fears that AI enhancement will threaten employees’ jobs. Instead of fear, he urges persistent use of AI, even when the system is not yet absolutely reliable in some situations, because continuous experience will help improve results.

“I want every task that can be automated by artificial intelligence to be automated by artificial intelligence. I promise you will always have something to do,” he said. Previously, he emphasized at the GTC 2025 event in October: “You will not lose your job to AI. You will lose your job to AI users.”

Currently, Nvidia engineers rely heavily on the Cursor programming assistant, and Mr. Huang believes similar tools need to be widely applied in work. The Nvidia head’s view is consistent with the direction of other technology giants such as Microsoft, Meta, Google and Amazon, which have directed employees to apply AI to repetitive or automatable processes.

Jensen Huang also said that Nvidia is facing a difficult situation where business results are often interpreted negatively, regardless of the results, because the market is skeptical about maintaining long-term demand for AI systems, leading to concerns of a bubble.

In October, he asserted that the world is “not in an AI bubble” and that artificial intelligence is just part of the transition from older computing methods to newer accelerated computing. The fact that systems can reason and think will bring many benefits to humanity.
