The government of Georgia will not make concessions regarding territorial integrity, the liberation of the occupied territories is a red line, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said.
Before that, the Russian “Izvestia”, referring to its diplomatic sources of the Russian Foreign Ministry, wrote that Moscow still does not see the prerequisites for resuming the political dialogue with Georgia, because “Georgian Dream” continues the line of Mikheil Saakashvili, “linking the restoration of diplomatic relations with the refusal to recognize the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia”.
“This is a demand that is harmful to Georgia itself and unrealistic. Moscow emphasized that the decisions to recognize the statehood of the republics are irreversible,” the source of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia told “Izvestia”.
