Last hours to pay the scrapping installment quater

Countdown to payment from the rata from the Scrapping-quater expired on November 30th. In fact, payments made within the next year will be considered timely December 9thin consideration of the 5 days of grace granted by law and the deferrals provided if the deadlines coincide with public holidays. This is made known by Revenue Agency-Collection.

In case of failure to pay carried out after the deadline or for partial amounts, the law provides for loss of benefits from the facilitated definition and the amounts already paid will be considered as an advance on the sums due. The deadline concerns i taxpayers in compliance with previous payments who must pay the flat decima and, in the case of readmitted to the facilitated definition (Law no. 15/2025), the second installment provided for by the new one payment plan.
