Chaim Katzman continues to refuel Citycon

Real estate investment company Citycon the chairman of the board Chaim Katzmanin company G City has continued to buy the company’s shares.

In the transactions carried out on December 12, Katzman bought Citycon shares for around one million euros. G City refueled 250,000 shares at an average price of around EUR 3.98.

The company has informed several times between November and December about Katzman’s purchases.

At the beginning of November, Citycon announced the public purchase offer for G City. The price had a 35.6 percent premium to the closing price of EUR 2.95 on the previous exchange day.

Before the purchase offer, Katzman’s ownership was just below the 50 percent limit for a long time, in which case the major owner is obliged to make a public purchase offer for the remaining shares.
