The Israeli influencer who exposed anti-Semitism in Sydney: “The writing was on the wall”

The shocking terrorist attack in Sydney last week, which claimed the lives of 15 people, deeply shocked Australia – but there was one person who tried to put up a warning sign in advance of the rising anti-Semitism in the country, the Israeli network influencer Max Viper. In a video from ten months ago, which went viral and caused an uproar, Max revealed two medical workers from Australia who confessed: “We will not treat Israelis if they come to the hospital, we will kill them.” After the writing on the wall is already dripping with Jewish blood, he sat down last night (Sunday) to give an interview to “The Central Edition” about Israel’s difficult front in which he takes part – the outreach to the world.

In the same video, which led to the dismissal of the two medical workers from the Sydney hospital, Viper recorded the two in official hospital uniforms openly expressing malicious and violent intentions towards Israeli patients.

The Israeli network influencer who often publishes videos on Tiktok revealed a particularly difficult conversation he had with the brother and sister in the hospital, during which the employee is heard declaring: “I will not treat them (Israeli patients), I will kill them.” The second employee, who posed as a doctor at the hospital even though he is a brother, was heard boasting in a creepy way: “You have no idea how many Israelis came to this hospital, and I sent them to hell.”

Today, after the terrible massacre that was aimed at the Jewish community that, after all, wanted to celebrate Hanukkah together – Max blames the Australians for not heeding the warnings: “If in the hospital they tell you ‘I killed Israelis’, then the writing is clearly on the wall. If you don’t handle it properly, if you don’t handle it properly, if you don’t stop it – there will be consequences. Unfortunately, they didn’t listen to me.”

Max’s conversations with pro-Palestinians began by chance when he logged into a dedicated app to promote his English learning business. “I didn’t choose to do it, and I never thought I would do something like that – but I got carried away,” said the Israeli content creator.

Max described that after October 7, anti-Semitism in the world also infiltrated social networks: “When the war started, more and more anti-Semitism reached this app as well – they suddenly started cursing me.”

“I hate Jews like you, you disgusting creatures”, “Hitler would have killed you too” and “Hamas will kill you inshallah” – these are just some of the curses that Max “gets” to hear from strangers through the app. These statements reflect the rising anti-Semitism around the world, and the dismal image of Israel in many young people around the globe.

Max tries to reveal the true face of the anti-Semites in the world, but also admits that he did not say that he was desperate to change their opinion about Israel: “Sometimes it succeeds, and sometimes less so.” Max sometimes writes that he is from Germany, in order to expose anti-Semitism without being suspected in advance.

Many pro-Palestinians already recognize the face of the Israeli content creator, and give up on talking to him in advance: “It used to be easier to find someone who didn’t like Israel, nobody knew me. But now they recognize me and move on.”

When asked about the impact his activity has, Max emphasizes that it has great value: “It definitely creates a deterrent. I don’t think I’m changing the world and that thanks to my videos there won’t be any more anti-Semitism – but I believe it changes something.”

The network influencer ends the interview with him by calling on the state not to abandon the advocacy front: “We need to take it seriously, give it much more budgets.” He explains that you can’t rely only on people like him who will do it voluntarily: “You can’t do it all the time. I don’t contribute anything from the advocacy and these videos.”
