Terveystalo makes a deal of 88 million euros – Hammasalan’s legacy is transferred to a new owner

Healthcare company Health house an oral health and dental care service company has signed the contract of the Hohde Group of purchase.

The property’s debt-free value (EV) according to the agreed purchase price is approximately EUR 88 million.

“The arrangement is estimated to increase earnings per share from the first full year after implementation,” the company says in its press release.

They belong to the Hohde Group Hammas Hohde and Loisto Laboratories companies. The company owns 33 dental clinics and 14 dental laboratories and employs approximately 700 oral healthcare professionals.

In 2024, Hohde served approximately 70,000 dental care customers and 2,100 laboratory service customers. The company’s pro forma turnover is predicted to be around EUR 60 million and EBITDA to be around EUR 7 million in 2025 (FAS).

Hohti’s professionals complement Terveystalo’s whole, which enables an even more comprehensive and high-quality oral health service offering to our customers”, Director of Terveystalo’s Portfolio Businesses Henri Mäenalanen comment on the acquisition.

The arrangement is estimated to be implemented during 2026, and its implementation is conditional on the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Agency.
