Banks await the regulation of the Law to begin receiving “the mattress dollars”

Over the weekend, Caputo was blunt: “If your banks ask you for extra things (read, breaking the p…), don’t waste your time. They can go to Banco Nación, where its president will give the instruction to strictly comply with the law, that is, the person only has to show that they have adhered to the simplified earnings regime,” he wrote in his X account.

The banks do not want to confront Caputo, but they have doubts regarding the scope of these measures. In the tax segment there are also doubts about the impact of this rule, which seeks to “shield” taxpayers who adhere to the Simplified Income Regime from the treasury.
