Red Dead Redemption 2 surprised again: Found a secret that no one has figured out for years

Gamers recently discovered a new “spider” mystery in Red Dead Redemption 2, and the story exploded because it seems to have been hidden in the game for years without anyone seriously connecting all the dots. Everything starts from the symbol of a spider engraved on a telegraph pole, after which a network of locations starts to line up on the map, leading to new clues.

According to the description circulating in the community, webs appear on several pillars, and on some of them there are feathers that can be “activated” by shooting. Part of the game claims that the first clue can be seen at a certain time within the game, and when the locations are drawn on the map, a pattern is obtained that points to another central point and a new round of instructions.

IGN writes that the search began “detectively”, by connecting pillars, symbols and new webs, and at one point the trail allegedly leads all the way to Fort Wallace and an unusual detail with guitars. So far, no one has a final solution, so the theories are multiplying, from a simple easter egg to something bigger that Rockstar deliberately leaves undefined.

In the meantime, the story got a new sequel: after the “guitar” dead end, some players discovered carvings of birds on the roof of the building in Fort Wallace, but the next step is still unclear. That’s why GTA 5 and Mount Chiliad are mentioned again as a comparison, because Rockstar has a history of mysteries that the community knows how to “ΕΎ” for years.

The point of the whole story is simple: RDR2 is so dense and full of little things that even after seven years people find things that were literally right in front of their noses. And while it’s possible that this is just another trick without a final “aha” moment, the fact that the community has again massively gathered around one map, several columns and a couple of websites shows how alive Rockstar’s game is still.
