Lebanese sources report deaths as a result of Israeli air strikes

Lebanese sources report an IDF strike on a target in the town of Kafr Dounin in southern Lebanon. According to the Al-Markazia agency, the target of the strike was an industrial hangar, next to which there were several cars and pieces of equipment.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health’s Emergency Operations Center reported that “two people were killed as a result of an Israeli strike on the town of Kafr Dounin.”

At the same time, Lebanese media reported that Israeli fighter jets were spotted over Beirut.

Earlier, the head of the Arabic department of the IDF press service, Avichai Edraei, wrote on the X network that the IDF struck terrorist elements of Hezbollah in the Khirbet Silm area in southern Lebanon. Lebanese sources claim that the attack hit a residential building, killing two people.

Thus, on January 6, at least four people were killed as a result of IDF actions in Lebanon.
