The arrest of the owner of the Swiss bar where 40 people died has been extended for three months.

Moretti was detained on January 9 after he and his wife and business partner Jessica were questioned by the prosecutor’s office of the canton of Valais. The co-owners of the establishment are suspected of manslaughter, negligent infliction of bodily harm and negligent arson.

116 people were injured.
