Is the amount of aspirin that Donald Trump is taking dangerous for him?

“Usually the recommendation is relevant to people 50 and older, the indication is not clear-cut, but today with the imaging tools at our disposal we know exactly the condition of the subject’s artery and whether to give the patient aspirin as a prevention.” I am afraid that the dose that Trump is taking is too high, and in such cases it is usually recommended to take only 100 mg. By the way, his red face may betray the fact that he is taking an overdose.”

The professor warns that aspirin may also have side effects: “The main ones are bleeding – there is an increased chance of bleeding in the digestive system, hemorrhages and even a hemorrhagic stroke (a stroke due to bleeding in the brain).”

That’s why he suggests always consulting a specialist cardiologist before starting to take aspirin as a preventive treatment. “Unfortunately, many people take aspirin for no reason and this is really not recommended. It should be taken into account that this is a medical treatment, which sometimes also has consequences.”
