Home purchase prices rose for the first time in nine months

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, in October-November 2025, home purchase prices in Israel increased by 0.7% compared to September-October. This is the first price increase after eight months of decline.

Apartments from developers rose in price during this period by 1%, and apartments from developers on the free market (without government subsidies) – by 1.2%.

On an annualized basis, housing prices increased by 0.1%. On an annual basis, prices for housing from the developer decreased by 0.8%.

Over the year, prices for purchasing housing in Jerusalem increased by 9.4%, in the Northern District – by 5.4%, in the Southern District – by 1.2%, in Haifa – by 0.5%. In the Central District, prices decreased by 2.9%, and in Tel Aviv – by 2.8%.
