The National Committee for the Management of the Gaza Strip will be headed by Ali Shaat, who previously held high positions in the Palestinian National Administration, and the link between the “Peace Council” and the National Committee for the Management of the Gaza Strip will be the Bulgarian diplomat Nikolai Mladenov.
