Roland launches Go:Mixer Studio, its new portable sound mixer

The musical instrument manufacturer Roland has launched Go:Mixer Studio your new portable sound mixer, designed for professional musicians and content creators.

In a press release, the company has highlighted that the ultra-compact design Go:Mixer Studio allows you to make recordings from anywhere, thus streamlining content creation.

Additionally, compatibility with resolutions up to 24 bit/192 kHz makes it possible to record studio-quality multichannel sources. On the other hand, their 16 scene memories They make it easy for users to save their settings.

This new model allows you to record several instruments at the same time with its twelve input channels and six output channels. It has two inputs with XLR connectors to capture voices and acoustic instruments, a guitar or bass input, line inputs in ‘jack’ format, and an AUX TRRS input for mobile devices. Each audio input also has an equalizer and compressor exclusive to that channel.

The device also allows you to monitor sound in different ways and has two quarter inch outlets to connect studio speakers.

Additionally, this new mixer includes a series of integrated effects to polish sounds without resorting to external equipment. Effects include a three-band equalizer, plus compressor and reverb modeled after high-end studio processors.
