Boom: Real estate worth 4 billion euros was purchased in 2025

The majority of the rest was made up of hotels (12 percent), logistics properties (7 percent) and retail properties (6 percent). 64 percent of buyers (based on the amounts paid) came from Austria. Another 24 percent came from Germany.
