X headquarters is the target of a search in France and Musk is subpoenaed to testify

French authorities carried out a search and seizure operation this Tuesday (3) at the headquarters of the American social network

This is a formal procedural step to determine whether the billionaire will be formally charged. In order not to attend this type of interrogation, it is necessary to present a valid justification.

Musk’s summons is scheduled for April 20, the same date on which Linda Yaccarino, executive director of X, is scheduled to appear.
