A1 is the first to offer YouTube Premium in Croatia. Lower price for ad-free video, this is how it’s activated

The company points out that A1 is growing. continues to develop beyond the framework of classic telecom, positioning itself as a platform that unites connectivity, content and digital services adapted to modern user habits in one place.

“As the first telecom in Croatia to include YouTube Premium in its offer, we have made another step towards providing the best user experience. Given that almost 80 percent of Internet users in Croatia use YouTube, with this partnership we are directly responding to the needs of users who are looking for a simple and flexible digital experience,” said Dejan Turk, CEO of A1 Croatia and A1 Slovenia, adding that the goal is to provide users with uninterrupted engaging in content they love.

A similar message was sent by Mahesh Bhalerao, director of partnerships for YouTube products for the EMEA region, pointing out that YouTube is focused on providing a superior user experience and that they are happy to expand cooperation within the A1 Telekom Austria Group.

YouTube Premium allows users to watch videos and listen to music without ads, access the YouTube Music app with more than 100 million songs, play content in the background, and download videos and playlists for offline use.

On the occasion of the introduction of the new service, A1 Hrvatska is offering six months of YouTube Premium free of charge to new and existing users of Perfect+ and Absolute mobile tariffs and Mega NET and Giga NET fixed packages. After the end of the promotional period, the subscription will amount to 8.90 euros per month. The service will be available without contractual obligation, and the activation and management of the subscription will take place through the My A1 application.

A1 announces that with this move they further strengthen the offer of entertainment content and continue the strategy of developing digital solutions aimed at greater value for users.
