Apple releases a collection of applications to celebrate Vietnamese Tet

The collection was announced on the morning of February 9, accessible on the main interface of the App Store for Vietnamese users. Apple said it has selected content and rewards with Tet colors, designed specifically for the beginning of the year to bring a spring welcoming experience to users.

One of the highlights in Vietnam is the App Store introducing the stories of some Vietnamese creators, such as Tuan Tony Ho, founder of the sports connection platform Reclub. After nearly eight years of product development, Reclub recorded strong growth over the past year and is expanding into the markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and Ireland.

The collection also honors individuals in the field of content creation. Including Return to Childhooda game developed by a team of Vo Nguyen Minh Thong and Nguyen Chan Nam, two high school friends, inspired by nostalgia.

This is not the first time Apple has made changes related to the Vietnamese market. In 2025, during major holidays, the company will also honor applications from domestic developers and carry out activities to promote the development of digital content such as games and music in Vietnam.

During this year’s Tet holiday, in the gaming segment, Apple introduced the “Horse the Horse, Gallop into the Game” collection, with many content combining cultural and entertainment elements.
