Vox urges the Government to identify elements of historical heritage in poor condition for their protection

Vox has registered a non-law proposal (PNL) in the Congress of Deputies urging the Government to create a report identifying the elements of historical heritage in poor condition for their protection.

They have requested this in an initiative, for debate in the Culture Commission, to which Europa Press has had access. Furthermore, they request that the report contain, among other information, the ownership of these elements and the specific schedule of urgent actions to prevent their destruction, disappearance or irreversible loss of their heritage values.

Vox also demands that the necessary measures be promoted for intervention, “urgently”, in the elements of the Spanish historical, artistic and cultural heritage, protected by the Spanish Historical Heritage law.

Finally, they ask that public resources allocated to culture be prioritized for the protection of assets that are at “serious and immediate risk of destruction”, as well as those that are at risk of disappearance.
