A tourist from Israel was expelled from an art museum in Spain

A serious incident in Spain: according to reports, the National Museum of Art in Madrid expelled three elderly Israeli visitors. The Israelis were accompanied by a Spanish guide who photographed the event that took place last Saturday.

The women, according to the reports, walked around the museum with Israeli symbols such as the Star of David and a flag, which drew quite a bit of criticism from other visitors to the museum, who shouted at them “murderers”. Following this, a security guard at the place asked them to leave because, according to him, they were causing a disturbance.

As you can see in the video, the security guard, armed with a gun, insisted that they leave. The Spanish woman who accompanied the three women scolded him for demanding that they leave instead of those who confronted them. The security guard’s response was that they should leave because “part of the public is upset” that they are Jewish.

“They wore completely normal Jewish symbols, not offensive at all, like someone would wear a football shirt or carry the flag of their country,” explained the Spanish guide. “But as soon as we arrived and they saw that we were Jewish, we were subjected to blatant hostility from the museum staff. It was scandalous and intolerable.”

In the last two years, the museum has hosted a number of protests by anti-Israel groups. In the meantime, the Spanish organization ACOM condemned the museum on social media and claimed that it discriminates against Israelis.
