An associate of Trump hinted at the possibility of a joint attack with Israel

Lindsey Graham, the American senator who is visiting Israel, was interviewed this evening (Monday) by the “Main Edition” and he referred to the negotiations that will open tomorrow between the USA and Iran: “We cannot let them drag on.” Graham hinted at the possibility of an Israeli-American attack and said: “We have built a very impressive military force here.” Meanwhile, a senior American says: “We want to see concessions from the Iranians.”

“Trump has two rods in the water,” said Graham. “He has a diplomatic rod – and the parties will talk tomorrow. At the same time, a military option is being built, and it is being built right as we speak. I think he is looking at which rod will catch the bigger fish.”

According to Graham, Trump is “very open” to a diplomatic solution. “I don’t have much faith that the regime will keep its word, but I have no problem trying,” he explained. “As for the military option, I think it should be designed so that it eliminates the regime’s ability to continue killing its own people.”

The senator added that however there is an attack – it should lead to the overthrow of the regime. “I think regime change is the goal the people demand. It’s not just that I want regime change, and I do, it’s the people on the street who demand an end to life under the regime. An end to life without economic hope, of oppression and of radicalization.”

“The Iranian regime, they are religious Nazis,” he continued. “They want to purify Islam, eliminate Saudi Arabia. They want to kill Israel, and they also want to attack America, the ‘great devil’ in their eyes.”

Graham said that “Iran cannot be allowed to take time. We don’t have months, we have weeks to solve this problem. I have no problem trying diplomacy, but I am very determined to make sure that we have the military capability to act if we have to. I think that Israel and the United States have assembled the most impressive military force that I have seen since I arrived in the region. It is very impressive.”

White House officials told News 12 this evening that they expect the Iranians to come to the talks tomorrow in Geneva with a real and clear concession in the nuclear field. Such a concession could mean, for example, transferring 450 kilograms of enriched uranium that they hold outside the country.

A senior American explained: “We are not coming there to start again in a protracted negotiation, Trump has no patience for that. We conducted this negotiation in April, May and June. We want to see something real.”

Last week, Steve Witkoff, the White House envoy, sent messages through Oman to Iran – which include points related to the negotiations. The Americans demand that the Iranian officials come tomorrow with answers and references to those points.
