5 Tet dishes to increase male physiology

Oysters, fatty fish, nuts, watermelon or dark chocolate are familiar Tet dishes that can support blood vessels and hormones to increase men’s performance.

Tet is an occasion for reunions and parties, but it is also a time when many gentlemen fall into a state of “weakness” due to drinking too much alcohol, staying up late and eating uncontrolled. According to Dr.BS.CK2 Tra Anh Duy, Men’s Health Center, men’s physiology does not depend on word-of-mouth “miracle drugs”, but originates from very fundamental medical factors: good heart pumping, elastic blood vessels and a balanced endocrine system.

Familiar dishes on the Tet tray, if used moderately and scientifically, will help maintain health and physiology at the beginning of the year.

Oysters and shellfish – rich sources of zinc

Oysters have long been considered the “companion” of men thanks to their outstanding zinc content. Zinc is a micronutrient that plays an essential role in producing testosterone and maintaining reproductive function. Studies show that zinc deficiency – often caused by stress, lack of sleep or irregular eating during Tet – can seriously reduce testosterone levels. Although it’s not “just eat it right away”, adding shellfish to the party menu is a big plus.

Note, you should prepare frugally, avoid over-salting and eat with lots of green vegetables for easy digestion.

Fatty fish

Among the feasts surrounded by braised duck meat, sausages and fried foods, fish dishes such as salmon, mackerel, and herring are extremely valuable options to relieve boredom. Fatty fish provides large amounts of Omega-3, a group of fats that help strengthen endothelial function and improve blood vessel elasticity.

Smooth blood vessels are a prerequisite for flexibility in both physical activity and physiology. Changing the taste with a fish hot pot or steamed fish for a few meals during Tet week will help the body “breathe” much easier.

Nuts

Instead of sipping Tet jams or candies containing a lot of refined sugar, men should prioritize trays of melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and almonds. They contain a lot of unsaturated fats, vitamin E and minerals that are beneficial for blood circulation. In fact, several scientific studies have documented that regular consumption of nuts significantly improves libido and orgasmic function in men.

Be sure to choose original nuts, less roasted with salt or sugar to avoid weight gain and protect your metabolism.

Watermelon

Red in color symbolizing luck, watermelon also contains L-citrulline, an amino acid that directly participates in the process of creating nitric oxide to help dilate blood vessels.

Eating watermelon may not have as strong an effect as standardized supplements, but this is a fruit that is “in tune” with physiological health. Replacing sweet tea with a few slices of succulent watermelon, combined with drinking enough filtered water will help the body effectively purify.

Dark chocolate, cocoa

Chocolate is often a popular gift during Tet. If you carefully choose dark chocolate (high cocoa ratio, low sugar), you are taking in a large amount of flavanols. This compound has been shown to improve the flexibility of blood vessel walls, reduce blood pressure and limit insulin resistance.

Favanol is very good, but this benefit is easily “destroyed” if you choose chocolate that contains too much sugar. You should only sip 1-2 small pieces after meals.

However, Dr. Duy recommends that the above 5 food groups only really work when men maintain a moderate lifestyle. Supplementing with good foods cannot compensate for the harmful effects of all-nighters or constant drunkenness.

Food cannot replace medicine. If men have underlying diseases (diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure) or are “exhausted” and have erectile dysfunction that lasts after Tet, they should see an andrology specialist promptly.
