Discussing enhancing cooperation and integration between Gulf central banks

Khaled Mohammed Al-Ammi, Governor of the Central Bank of the Emirates, headed the country’s delegation participating in the eighty-sixth meeting of the Central Bank Governors Committee in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was hosted by the Bahraini capital, Manama, on Monday. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Khaled Ibrahim Humaidan, Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, and with the participation of Jassim Mohammed Al Budawi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the governors of central banks in the GCC countries, where they discussed a number of strategic issues of common interest, and reviewed the most prominent indicators.
