Inspection in the plot belonging to Gagik Tsarukyan

His lawyer Emin Khachatryan told “Azatutyan” that this case is not related to Tsarukyan, he is not participating in this investigative operation. The case concerns former leaders of Arinj community.

“Within the framework of that case, it became necessary to inspect several plots of land in Arinj community, including the plot of another private house belonging to Mr. Tsarukyan. Essentially, that action is being taken, meaning no search is being conducted. I think that in the framework of this case, the experts need data, photographs, with the help of which an expert’s conclusion should be given in the future,” said lawyer Emin Khachatryan.

According to the lawyer, 6 years ago the law enforcement officers initiated a case under the article of causing property damage by means of fraud or abuse of trust.

The investigative department has not yet commented on this case.
