The fund stopped applications for e-vehicles: the new deadline is coming soon!

He adds that due to these administrative and procedural reasons, by postponing the deadline, we want to improve the quality of the applications received and enable equal access to all interested applicants, while respecting the principle of equal treatment.

The press release also states that the new deadline for submitting applications will be published on the website of the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency during this week.

Furthermore, the initially scheduled deadline for the completion of the project and the delivery of all documentation necessary for the payment of funds was extended from May 31 to July 31, 2026. This deadline applies to users who have obtained the right to funds according to the Public Call for the purchase of new vehicles on alternative fuels from 2025, as well as to users who will be granted funds under the forthcoming public call, according to the HOK announcement.

HOK notes that it has repeatedly informed its members, i.e. potential applicants, about the problem of non-compliance of the NKD.

In order to be able to submit an appropriate document for applying to the Public Call for the purchase of new vehicles on alternative fuels, according to the interpretation of the FZOEU, applicants are obliged to submit proof of the classification of activities according to the NKD 2025, and therefore all those who plan to apply, and for whom the adjustment has not been carried out, should request it. Otherwise, it could be a criterion that could exclude them from the selection.

Coordination can be carried out via e-Citizen, e-Obrt application or in person at the competent administrative body according to the location of the headquarters of the trade.

After the change is implemented, a decision is made and a new trade license is issued, and the official extract from the Trade Register can be downloaded online.

The official extract will then state the classification according to the NKD 2025, and what is considered an appropriate document for the purposes of the public call is stated in the HOK announcement.
