Russia anticipates that the alleged plan to deliver nuclear weapons to Ukraine will be addressed at the next meeting

The Kremlin announced this Thursday that the alleged plan for the supply of nuclear weapons to Ukraine by London and Paris, as denounced by Moscow, will be one of the issues to be discussed at the next three-way meeting to be held in March, in a location yet to be determined.

“This is, without a doubt, a factor that we cannot ignore,” said Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Peskov, referring to reports from Russian Intelligence about a hypothetical supply in which the governments of the United Kingdom and France would be interested, according to the state agency TASS.

Peskov has assured that, based on these reports from the Russian Intelligence service, France and the United Kingdom “are actively working” to “covertly” transfer components, equipment and technologies for nuclear weapons and their delivery systems to Ukraine, a claim denied by kyiv’s partners.

The day before, the Russian president himself, Vladimir Putin, focused on this issue and accused the “enemy” of not ruling out any means to try to defeat Russia, including nuclear weapons. An issue that they would raise with the United States in the new round of three-way dialogue scheduled for the coming days.
