Eventim expands its network, Croatian events through Bandsintown and Spotify will gain more visibility

The integration enables domestic programs to be included in the same content discovery infrastructure as events in large European cities such as London, Berlin or Vienna. According to Damir Vrani, director of Events for Croatia and Slovenia, the goal is to provide the organizers with more precise data about the audience – from the markets from which interest comes to the indicators that influence the decision to travel and buy tickets.

He adds that the transition to data-based management represents a long-term sustainable development model for the domestic experience industry.

At the same time, Eventim positions itself as a wider digital infrastructure that connects organizers, artists, audiences and tourist destinations. Bandsintown is used by more than 100 million fans worldwide, while Spotify generates 2.1 billion monthly listens. Through international distribution and analytics based on data on audience preferences and movements, organizers and destinations are enabled to plan programs and investments based on specific indicators.

In the context of tourism, events are increasingly viewed as a factor of economic impact and a stimulus to tourist demand. It enables organizers to gain insight into audience behavior in real time – from first interest to purchase – while providing destinations with additional tools for planning off-season content and managing tourist flows.
