Creative seniors bring sea (made of clay) to Hoboken’s residential care center

Pensioners who want to express their creativity in clay find their place in the senior workshop every week. That studio is a collaboration between the Hoboken district and Lichtenberg residential care center, in which both residents and external students can participate. This year too, the group is creating its own exhibition. A total of 26 seniors, both experienced and less experienced students, show their original creations around the theme ‘sea and beach’.

The exhibition takes place in the party room of the residential care center, at Voorzorgstraat 1. Admission is free. Visitors are welcome from Tuesday April 21 to Friday April 24, each time from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturday, April 25 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. After a visit, they can go to the center’s cafeteria.
