Agility Global signs an agreement to develop a logistics complex in Jeddah for 2.4 billion dirhams

Agility Global announced that its subsidiary, Agility Logistics Parks, had signed a joint venture agreement with the Saudi Roshan Group, to develop a high-quality logistics complex in the city of Jeddah – the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with an estimated total value of about 2.5 billion riyals (equivalent to 2.4 billion dirhams), including the value of the land and development works. The company said that the agreement was signed according to a 50% ownership structure for each party, while Roshen Group is a Saudi real estate developer wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund. She added that the project comes as a continuation of the initial conditions that were signed last February, which confirmed the development of the project on a land area of ​​about 1.3 square meters.
