American airlines refuse to serve passengers who do not use headphones

Last month, the airline announced it had installed Starlink satellite Internet service on more than 300 aircraft to provide free in-flight Wi-Fi. United Airlines expects to equip about 500 more aircraft with this system before the end of the year.

According to the airline, passengers who forget to bring headphones can ask flight attendants to provide free headphones. Many aircraft seatback entertainment screens are also equipped with Bluetooth connectivity for use with wireless headphones.
