Donald Trump: The Straits of Hormuz will be opened soon

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, commented today (Saturday) on the crisis surrounding the Straits of Hormuz. The American president claimed that they will be opened soon, presented the reason that Iran manages to close them despite the great military defeat, and did not forget to sting and deliver a message to some allies, who he has already criticized harshly during the last period.

“Many countries, especially those affected by Iran’s attempt to close the Strait of Hormuz, will send warships, in cooperation with the United States of America, to keep the Strait open and safe,” he stated at the beginning of the message.

He added: “We have already destroyed 100% of Iran’s military capability, but it is easy for them to send a drone or two, drop a mine or launch a short-range missile somewhere along or within this waterway, no matter how badly they are hit.”

At this point, he sent a jab at France and Britain: “It is hoped that China, France, Japan, South Korea, Britain and others, affected by this artificial constraint, will send ships to the area so that the Strait of Hormuz will no longer be a threat from a country whose head has been completely cut off. In the meantime, the United States will bombard the coastline to death, and continue to shoot Iranian boats and ships out of the water. One way or another, we will soon be able to get the Hormuz from the water.”
