The causes of bankruptcy

“The debtor’s economic difficulties are essentially due to a significant decline in the order volume in the 2024 and 2025 financial years. Several large clients have postponed or completely canceled projects due to the generally tense economic situation,” said the AKV. “Unfortunately, efforts to find new clients and an increased focus on the private customer sector did not produce the desired results. The debtor was therefore forced to carry out the restructuring as part of a judicial restructuring process.”

The liabilities are valued at 867,000 euros and the assets at 112,000 euros.

The future

The debtor intends to continue the business. The creditors should be offered a restructuring plan with a 20 percent quota. “This restructuring plan is to be financed, among other things, by optimizing operations, increasing the level of utilization and through a strict cost-cutting policy. According to the company’s own information, the current order situation is satisfactory and the target sales for 2026 can be achieved,” says the AKV.
