Anni Kärävä second in big Air in France

Finland Anni Kärävä finished second in the freeskin world cup in Tignes, France on Friday.

Kärävä lost to the Canadian who jumped to victory in big Air Naomi Urnessille a paltry 0.75 points (166.75–166).

Swiss Giulia Tanno was the third.

Kärävä shined especially in his second jump, which was the best of the entire competition with 86.50 points.

For Kärävä the place on the podium in the world cup was the third of the season. Two have come from big Air and one from slopestyle.

He is now fourth in the freeskin world cup overall. The Brit left sixth on Friday Kirsty Muir lead.

In the Big Airin Cup, Kärävä is second after Urness.
