Kyösti Kakkonen refueled with more Endomines

A mining company Endominesin largest shareholder and board member, businessman Kösti Kakkonen has acquired a total of 6,200 company shares on Friday, according to the announcement given to the market.

At a price per share of approximately EUR 27.96, the value of the deals will be over EUR 173,000.

Kakkonen’s investment company Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone is Endomines’ largest single shareholder with a pot of more than 2.5 million shares and an ownership stake of more than 20 percent.

According to Endomines’ shareholder information, between the turn of the year and the end of February, Kakkonen had reduced his holdings in Endomines by 25,000 shares.
