Olivier Bugette’s recipe for transforming his SME into an ETI: “I quickly projected myself into a larger dimension”

For the first time, this category of companies – there are 6,200 of them in France according to a barometer of the mid-market movement published in 2024 – will be brought together on April 2 during a European summit dedicated to them, at the Sorbonne in Paris (Ve). Nearly six hundred managers of French and European mid-sized companies are registered with the objective of strengthening their strategic place in European competitiveness. In addition to questions on salary transparency, renewable energies, the keys to the success of European industry, it will address how an SME becomes an ETI, then how ETIs become large groups.
