Samsung revealed its trump cards in the mid-range: These are the novelties brought by the Galaxy A57 and A37

In the camera segment, both models have a 50 MP main camera, along with a 5 MP macro camera and a 12 MP front camera. The difference is in the ultra-wide camera: the A57 5G has a 12 MP sensor, while the A37 5G uses 8 MP. Samsung cites improvements in image processing and night shooting, as well as the use of artificial intelligence for scene recognition and portrait optimization.

The Galaxy A57 5G also brings additional AI functionality, including the “Best Face” option for selecting the best facial expressions in group photos and “Auto Trim” for video editing. Both devices support tools such as Object Eraser and Circle to Search.

The new models come with the useful One UI 8.5 interface based on Android 16, and include functions such as transcription of voice recordings in the Dictaphone application and improved interaction through Bixby and the Gemini assistant.

In terms of performance, Samsung highlights processor upgrades on the A57 5G model, including CPU, GPU and NPU, along with a larger cooling chamber. Both devices have a battery capacity of 5000 mAh, with support for fast charging. According to the manufacturer, the A57 can reach about 60% capacity in 30 minutes.

The devices are also certified according to the IP68 water and dust resistance standard. Samsung announces up to six generations of operating system upgrades and up to six years of security updates.

The Galaxy A57 5G will be available in four colors (dark blue, gray, ice blue and lilac), while the A37 5G comes in lavender, dark gray, grey-green and white variants. The start of sales is announced for April 10 in selected markets.
